Join us for our Women's specific MTB skills course. 5 Tuesday evenings of confidence building, tribe gathering, tips and tricks to give you the skills to have more fun on your bike. Involving bike maintenance, body position, braking, gears, cornering, line choice, laughter and dinosaurs. 


Level- From beginner mountain bikers (you do need to be able to ride on gravel roads) up to those who are already riding single tracks and trying more challenging features and wanting to work on technique and finesse.

Fitness- Basic general fitness

Requirements- Front suspension mountain bike, an open mind, willingness to give it a go and have a giggle

Structure- Weeks 1 & 2 skills focused, Weeks 3 & 4 ride and put skills into action, Week 5 wine & bike maintenance.
